You may be using the widget to host a campaign on an external website. If this is the case, then you may have automatic email notifications that by default may contain URL link (token) pointing to the standalone UI website, and not the widget page or URL which you are externally hosting the campaign on.

You can do the following to add an external link to the email notifications.

1. Log into your Crowdfunding platform as an admin user
2. Go to the administrator dashboard
3. Click on the portal settings tab
4. Click on the email notifications option. As you can see there are several options
5. Choose the notification that you would like to send to the backers. For example, you can choose the “Campaign Pledge Direct Processing – Success” notification.

If you would like to add your own external custom link to the email notifications, you can click on the code view option ““. Once in the code view, you can add a link by adding the following:

You can use the above code to add any code you would like into the email notifications.

You can set both the country and the currencies that you would like to accept on your platform by signing in as the administrator, going to the administrator dashboard, clicking on the portal settings tab, then clicking on the payment settings option, scroll down to the Account country and Campaign currency sections. Here you can add the necessary country and currency that you would like to accept on your portal.

If you would like to update or add different icons to the home page bottom banner section, you can do this by going to the admin dashboard –> portal settings –> theme settings –> scroll down to the section called home page content. Here you can see there is a tab for the Bottom Banner.

This is for the section as per the below screenshot:

First, choose an icon that you see from the semantic UI icons page.

Once you have chosen the appropriate icon, you can then click to view the source for the icons in that section. To do this, click on the “<>“ symbol.

Copy the class name.

Then paste the class name into the appropriate field in the admin dashboard.

Once you save the settings and reload the page, you should see the changes live on your home page.

To find the Charity Helper feature, log in as the administrator, go to the administrator dashboard, click on portal settings, then campaign settings. Scroll down to the Charity Helper section, and you can enable the setting by checking off the enable button.

The way it works is once the option is enabled it allows project creators to provide Charity Gift Number when setting up their Campaign.

Once the campaign is running the contributor can elect to give a percentage of the contribution (specified by the % in admin settings) to the charity and the charity profile information will also appear on the campaign page. There will be dialogues asking the contributor if they want to use this option.

Nothing gets deducted from contribution, but instead, charities can then take that information to the local tax office and claim that user’s annual tax payments.

This information is just stored and not tied to any payments. The information about this is also available in CSV export.

Here is how developers can customize their Thrinacia Atlas CrowdFunding platform using CSS or JavaScript. To customize the UI, you will need access to the folders either using GIT or SFTP. Below is a link to a YouTube video that will show you how to to access your files using SFTP:

After downloading your files, you can add custom CSS and JavaScript here: src/custom/. You can add the changes you would like to make in either the custom.css file or custom.js file.

In the instance that your custom CSS is being out weighed by another property declared in another stylesheet, you can use the !important declaration to add more weight to it.

For example:

NOTE: This is typically not the best practice for styling web pages, as it makes debugging more difficult and breaks the natural cascading in the stylesheets, so only use when absolutely necessary.

Normally there are no refunds or fee transfers. When you subscribe to Thrinacia Atlas, you’re buying the right to use Thrinacia Atlas, not a guarantee that you’ll get your own act together. If you don’t run your campaign, can’t get funded, never launch your platform or website, go broke or otherwise you then forfeit your monthly subscription fee. That’s why they’re called “subscription” fees for a SaaS product.

In certain situations we may be able to refund only last month of service if it still falls within certain time period of when subscription cycle started. This is done on case by case basis and we need to do investigation before we issue refund.

You can add any language you want into the title, description, rewards, etc. of your crowdfunding campaign. You cannot, however, translate or change the text for the entire Crowdfunding website. For example, the contribute button text and so on.
