What is Thrinacia Atlas Cancellation and Refund Policy?

Normally there are no refunds or fee transfers. When you subscribe to Thrinacia Atlas, you’re buying the right to use Thrinacia Atlas, not a guarantee that you’ll get your own act together. If you don’t run your campaign, can’t get funded, never launch your platform or website, go broke or otherwise you then forfeit your monthly subscription fee. That’s why they’re called “subscription” fees for a SaaS product.

In certain situations we may be able to refund only last month of service if it still falls within certain time period of when subscription cycle started. This is done on case by case basis and we need to do investigation before we issue refund.
