Can I use my own frontend?
Yes. Discover, Scale, and Enterprise can use the standard Fabric Next.js Web UI or connect a custom web or mobile frontend through the Fabric REST API. Scoped API keys and webhooks keep custom applications within the same platform permission model.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, the Discover Plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features (except custom domain name), so you can test the system before you pay for the plan.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export campaign, supporter, product, order, and transaction records during this period.
Who is the Enterprise plan for?
Fabric Enterprise is intended for organizations that require self-hosted or private deployment, customer-controlled data infrastructure, and frontend flexibility. The Fabric backend is delivered as compiled, signed runtime containers under an annual licence.
Do you take a percentage of transactions?
Thrinacia does not add a percentage fee to campaign contributions or store orders. You pay the applicable software plan, while payment-provider fees remain subject to your configured merchant accounts.
