How do I refund the campaign backers?
When running CrowdFunding campaigns, you could potentially run into backers that want a refund.
Atlas handles transactions on the platform via Stripe, so all of the refunds will be done on the Stripe end. To process the refund, you will need to log into your Stripe account and manually do the refund there.
If you are running All or Nothing campaigns and do not reach the funding goal, this does not mean that you will need to send any refunds. When running campaigns in All or Nothing mode using post charge, the transactions are not processed unless the campaign reaches both the funding goal and the end date. You can learn more about the workflow by reading the following: https://www.thrinacia.com/blog/post/post-processing-workflow-explained
How do I enable Organization Name and EIN?
Located in the administrator dashboard under portal settings –> campaign settings is a toggle called Organization Name and EIN.

To enable and use this setting, you must first turn the toggle ON by checking the box and saving the settings at the bottom of the page.
Next, you will need to enable another toggle so you can view the changes when you are not logged in.
Go to the admin dashboard –> portal settings –> website settings –> Allow Non-Admin To Manage person Attributes. You must enable this setting as well. Keep the box below it unchecked called “Disallow Read Access To Other Users”.

Save this setting by clicking the save button at the bottom of the page.
Once this has been saved, you can see that the correct information is replaced and can be viewed as the organization and EIN number for each campaign.
What is the process for migrating data from Ignition Deck to Atlas?
If you want to migrate your data from Ignition Deck to Atlas, you will need to be subscribed to the Scale plan.
Once subscribed to the appropriate plan, you can create a ticket or email our support at support@thrinacia.com to start the migration.
We will be able to migrate campaigns, backers, pledges, and users on the platform.
Thrinacia’s support engineers will need access to your WordPress website. This will include access to an admin account on the WordPress website, as well as SSH or access to the back end of the website via cPanel, as an example. This will allow our team to do a db dump and run the migration scripts. Such scripts can take a day or two to set up and run.
Prior to migrating the data, be sure to turn OFF all of the email notifications via the admin dashboard as they may be triggered when the migration scripts run.
All data and information that you have added to your website will be kept during and after the migration script has been completed.
Facebook Messenger Limitations in regards to Web UI application
Please note that existing Web UI application is currently not compatible with Facebook Messenger due to messenger application using significantly different rendering engine. Due to these limitations there is special switch to enable Facebook Messenger detection as per this blog article: https://www.thrinacia.com/blog/post/new-2020-atlas-v1-updates
Alternatives to this would be to try and use Web Widget which may work better with this rendering engine.
How to make my campaigns private or restricted from general view?
To use private campaigns, you need to enable option called “Enable Private Campaign” in the Administration Dashboard -> Portal Settings -> Campaign Settings
Then during campaign creation, you will see a setting called “Private Campaign”. Once it is enabled the URL would be a random URL that you can give to other people and only those people with direct link can see the campaign and it contents.

Will Thrinacia Atlas pricing strategy always remain the same?
Our pricing strategy for Thrinacia Atlas will always remain the same, meaning we may add new plans or change existing ones to reflect new features and so on, but we will ALWAYS ONLY charge for the Thrinacia Atlas software we provide and NEVER charge anyone for the percentage on transactions processed through the Thrinacia Atlas.
We are SaaS (Software as a service provider), that provides white label crowdfunding software infrastructure and technology to handle crowdfunding campaigns, platforms and so on. We ONLY charge monthly price for the use of the infrastructure and our Thrinacia Atlas software which is fully backed up and monitored as well as made to be scaleable in high load situations. There is no other fees or charges from us and there NEVER will be.
Thrinacia Atlas Hosting Questions
Thrinacia Atlas uses several technologies on backend including Python, Perl and PostgreSQL. It exposes REST API to users to consume on all standard plans and Enterprise plans. Enterprise plans allow for full modification of source code on backend and frontend. Standard plans allow for modification of source code on frontend only.
Hosting is done via a mix of providers including Google Cloud, Stackpath and OVH. The hosting on all standard plans is done via multi-tenant infrastructure (fully isolated and secure containers or instances). The enterprise plans offer ability to host platform on fully dedicated servers or nodes.
Certain plans including Scale plan and Enterprise plans allow for Geo Hosting where physical location / world region of instance/container or dedicated server can be chosen.
Automated backups for all instances/containers on standard plans are taken once a day and retained for up to 30 days, then rotated. Enterprise plans allow for custom backup protocols.
Frontend code is currently cached via CDN. Backend REST API endpoints are not cached as results are dynamic, however we are looking into dynamic caching options.
Standard plans are auto scaled based on demand up to maximum allowed resource usage as it’s multi tenant infrastructure. If you anticipate very heavy traffic usage you may wish to look into purchasing an Enterprise plan.
